I truly believe that somewhere in the soul there is silence. A silence so peaceful, so beautiful, so divine. It is my desire to create a safe container for others to get to know that silence,
and call it home.
If I'm being honest this isn't a get fixed quick scheme. This is the steady cultivation of health and healing. Its intentional and it can be a harsh reality for many of us. Once we start to unravel the years of neglect and abuse of our bodies we can then start to truly connect with the many layers patiently waiting to be unfolded within.

I work intuitively, deeply trusting that the psychical body is an intelligent manifestation of the emotional, mental and spiritual being. I trust that together we can regulate our nervous system, stimulate anatomical harmony, and use natural remedies and resources to create true vibrational health.

I went into business with God & the full authority of angels and guides to pursue souls. The days and hours I spend in this place are intentional and the other therapists I have hired work in direct accordance with my vibrational energy and wisdom.

I have always passionately believed in whole-being embodiment and alignment as a way to heal and connect to the Sacred.
Being a mover my whole life, I started training martial arts in my early youth and eventually found qigong and internal gong fu in my adolescence.
I instantly fell in love with the energies and spirits of these practices, having the privilege to train and apprentice with teachers who instructed not only the movement of these styles, but also the mystic and medicinal philosophies behind them.
Thus began my own journey into a deeper understanding and integration of wellness, body, and spirit, which inevitably led to bodywork.
My style of massage is greatly informed by my training in different modalities of natural therapeutics (including Traditional Chinese Medicine, shiatsu, polarity, reflexology, and herbalism), which allows me to offer a varied and individualized therapeutic experience.
It is an honor to assist others in their own healing, embodiment, and empowerment, and I am grateful to be offering my services at Sacred Healing.
