CARDS ON FILE

A credit/debit card will be stored on file at the time of booking and the client expressly agrees that the stored card used at the time of booking may be charged by Sacred Healing in accordance with these policies:

1. Completion of your session

2. Cancelling 24 hours of you scheduled appointment.

3. No call/ No show

Same day cancellations incur a fee of $45.00. No exceptions.

After your second cancellation, you will be charged 100% of the services requested. You will need to make the payment in order to re-book.

NO CALL/NO SHOW

If a client has not shown up for their appointment 15 minutes into their session Sacred Healing will consider them a no call/no show and they will be charged 100% of the services requested using the card on file.

TIME

Multiple confirmation text/emails will be sent prior to the day of your service as a courtesy. You MUST confirm your appointment 12 hours before your scheduled time. It is your responsibility to confirm your appointment by text or email. You are responsible to notify Sacred Healing if your contact information changes at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Sacred Healing has the right to cancel your appointment if you have not confirmed due to scheduling needs.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early if you are a new client to complete your intake form and initial consultation.

If you are running late please let Sacred Healing know. The therapist may take the time out of your massage depending upon scheduling needs. The deducted time will not be made up or refunded.

RESPECT

Sacred Healing prides itself on integrity and respect.

Confrontational behavior WILL NOT be tolerated.

Sexual harassment of any nature will result in a termination of the massage session. The client will be responsible for paying 100% of the service cost and will not be welcomed back.

Sacred Healing has the right to refuse business to any one for any reason at any time. Predatory, disrespectful, discriminatory, or other offensive behavior will not be tolerated.

INTAKE FORMS

Intake forms are very important when engaging with bodywork. A clear medical history must be presented during your consultation.

Things to put on your intake form:

1. Past surgeries

2. Past injuries (e.g. car accidents, sports injuries, etc.)

3. Skin conditions

Failure to provide information regarding your past medical history is a disservice to you and your therapist.

MINORS

Minors between the ages of 14-18; with the consent of their legal guardian are welcome. Guardians must:

1. Bring a photo ID

2. Must be present & remain on the premises

3. Must sign a release form

DRAPING

Sacred Healing follows all state law draping policies and procedures.

1. Clients will be completely draped with a sheet during the duration of their treatment.

2. The therapists will un-drape each body part as they work accordingly.

3. The client has the right to request more draping.

COMFORT

Therapists may use scented oils, candles, herbs, and other mood relaxing tools during your session. Please advise ahead of time any allergies or general intolerance for certain scents.

EMERGENCY

If you suffer from any conditions, or have in the past, that could result in an emergency medical condition you agree to advise Sacred Healing at the time of intake or when known to you. You must also bring with you any medications or other medical devices should you have an episode during your session. Such devices may include, but not limited to, EpiPen, inhaler, insulin, etc.

COVID-19 WAIVER

You agree to abide by all state of NM executive orders regarding travel and quarantine. It is your responsibility to educate yourself regarding transmission of covid-19.

Sacred Healing has taken preventative measures that include increased sanitation protocols to keep clients safe. However, as bodywork does require close physical contact over an extended period in a close space, there could be increased risk of transmission of any contagious disease, including covid-19.

You agree to comply with all Sacred Healing policies in regards to covid-19 pandemic, which may include self-disclosure of travel, temperature check, symptom check, and mask wearing. You expressly assume any risk of contracting covid-19 or of any other contagious disease and indemnity forever hold Sacred Healing harmless.

MISCELLANEOUS WAIVER

Sacred Healing does not employ medical doctors. It is your responsibility to consult with your physician prior to your treatment. Should your massage session exacerbate a prior medical condition you agree to indemnity and forever hold Sacred Healing harmless.
